Roles & Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining AI-driven platforms, internal applications, and IT systems Ensure compliance with data security, PDPA, and relevant legal tech standards. Maintain documentation, perform testing, and provide user support and training. Design and manage a user-friendly chatbot and dynamic FAQ system to improve client self-service and reduce administrative load. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure information provided is accurate, current, and consistent with legal practice standards. Skills: Strong programming skills Familiarity with app development frameworks Exposure to chatbot development. Understanding of data privacy laws in Singapore.
