Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, social media, research, and other channels. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct outreach to potential clients and introduce the company’s products/services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations where required. Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting the company’s commercial interests. Convert qualified leads into paying clients and consistently work toward revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. Research competitors, market trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships that can contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the company’s CRM or tracking system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and business owners. Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of customer needs. Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital sales tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
