Executive Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

Lead new product launches from planning, product listing, and pricing through to go-live Coordinate with marketing, technology, and customer service teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule Manage promotions, campaigns, and website/app updates from planning through execution Track post-launch performance and prepare reports for the Managing Director Manage the Managing Director’s priorities, calendar, follow-ups, and action items Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and other materials for management meetings Research competitors, market trends, and emerging e-commerce tools Execute special projects and assignments delegated by the Managing Director Anticipate potential challenges and proactively resolve or escalate blockers Follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Develop and document SOPs for recurring projects and business processes Serve as a key link between the Managing Director and various departments

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with experience in Jumia, Konga, Shopify stores, D2C brands, or similar businesses Proven experience managing or supporting product launches, campaigns, or e-commerce projects Strong project coordination and execution skills with a track record of meeting deadlines Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a basic understanding of data, ROAS, and performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and professional business documents Previous experience working closely with a CEO, Managing Director, Director, or senior manager is required Strong follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be based in Abuja and available for on-site work

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 per month
