Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training programs for dealers/customers related to after-sales and service improvement activities.
• Support the development and management of technical documents.
• Assist in preparing technical documents for new vehicle models.
• Support management and control of special service tools for dealer/service activities
• Coordinate with vocational colleges and dealers to support dealer development and technician training activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in University, majors in Automotive/ Mechanical or related fields.
• Having at least 3+ years working experience in Automotive or Mechanical field.
• Basic English communication skills; TOEIC 550 or equivalent is an advantage.
• MS Office skills.
• Good communication and problem solving skills
