*Job Summary*
Hilton Garden Inn Edmonton Airport is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking *Hotel Housekeeper* to join our housekeeping team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in a clean, sanitary, and welcoming condition to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction in accordance with Hilton brand standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors, windows, and fixtures
- Sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tissues, and linens
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms and hallways
- Ensure all rooms are ready for guest check-in within required timelines
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment in an organized manner
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently when needed
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned
*Qualifications & Skills*
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good time management and ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25?40 lbs (as required)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shifts

- Fast-paced hotel environment
- Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
- May work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on occupancy needs
