Customer Service (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to assist with handling customer inquiries and processing orders on our Hijack Sandals marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok) during our end-of-year high-traffic season. This is a 1-month contract, running through the holiday period and ending mid-January.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat on Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and after-sales support.
• Handle order processing, including order confirmations, cancellations, and tracking updates.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure fast response times and maintain excellent service quality.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or online marketplaces, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop platforms.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work during peak season.
