The ideal candidate brings strong stage presence and technical proficiency in performing arts (such as singing, live music, dance, or theatrical acts) to captivate audiences and create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver scheduled live performances (vocal, instrumental, dance, or variety acts) according to the venue's entertainment programme. Attend regular sound checks, technical walk-throughs, and rehearsals to maintain performance quality. Interact with the audience in an engaging, professional manner to elevate the venue's atmosphere. Collaborate closely with event organizers, music directors, technical crews, and fellow performers to align sets and transitions. Maintain stage equipment, personal instruments, and performance attire in excellent working condition. Requirements Proven experience or formal training as a performing artiste (vocalist, musician, dancer, or variety entertainer). High degree of showmanship, audience engagement skills, and vocal/physical stamina for continuous live sets. Ability to learn, adapt, and perform a broad repertoire across multiple genres or languages. Punctual, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Flexibility to work shifts involving late evenings, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with performance schedules.
