Asst. Finance Manager / Finance Manager

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with TFRS/IFRS. Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to prepare annual budgets and periodic rolling forecasts.

• Internal Controls: Monitor and improve internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT) and ensure compliance with Revenue Department regulations and other statutory requirements.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions, manage accounts receivable/payable, and assist in cash flow forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity.

• Audit Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure all audit schedules are prepared accurately and on time.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance staff, ensuring the team meets deadlines for closing cycles and operational tasks.

• Cost Control: Review manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s degree or professional certificationis highly preferred. 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Financial modeling, Macros, and complex formulas). Strong knowledge of Thai Tax laws and Accounting Standards. Language Skills: Good command of English (Written and Spoken). Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a significant advantage for reporting to regional headquarters. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership presence, high level of integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
