Sea Freight Imports (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a busy logistics team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating import shipments from start to finish, liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, agents and transport providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Key responsibilities include: Managing the import process and tracking shipments. Keeping customers and internal teams updated on delivery progress. Liaising with suppliers, forwarders and transport companies. Ensuring documentation, costing and billing are accurate. Coordinating transport requirements and customer delivery instructions. Supporting export operations when required. Contributing to continuous improvement across the operations team. Monday to Friday pm Hybrid after introduction and probation
