Clinical Support Specialist

About the role Provide clinical support to the assigned product portfolio in the Operating Room space, ensuring products are safely and effectively deployed. You will acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of key procedures, techniques, products and competitor offerings, staying current with clinical publications and developments in Surgical and Gynaecology. You will use strong clinical and surgical knowledge to support the sales team in converting and developing new users and accounts, with a focus on the obstetrics and gynaecology discipline. Key responsibilities Provide clinical support to the assigned product portfolio in the Operating Room space, ensuring products are safely and effectively deployed

Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of key procedures, techniques, products and competitor offerings; stay current with clinical publications and developments in Surgical and Gynaecology

Independently organise on-site in-service trainings and educational talks to engage customers and build clinical confidence in the product portfolio

Develop training and conduct quality audits to advise customers on converting their existing devices

Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders as an Ambassador of Healthcare Essentials

Support the sales team in converting and developing new users and accounts, with a focus on the obstetrics and gynaecology discipline

Contribute to overall sales growth by translating clinical trust into business conversion

Work with key internal stakeholders and principals on strategies to acquire new customers and grow share, and execute joint marketing/educational activities that build customer mindshare

About you Diploma/Degree in Nursing preferred; other related fields will also be considered
