IT Sales Manager (Public Sector)
Your new company An established global technology organisation is seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive business growth within Singapore's Public Sector. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role focused on developing strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that address complex business and operational challenges. The role is suited to a seasoned sales professional with an established government network, strong hunting capabilities, and a track record of winning and growing large public sector accounts.
Your new role Develop and execute a business development plan for assigned Singapore Public Sector accounts. Identify new opportunities across ministries and agencies, building relationships with senior decision-makers. Understand customer priorities and work with internal teams to shape solutions that address their needs. Lead opportunities from initial outreach through proposal development, while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.
What you'll need to succeed A strong track record in IT sales or business development, with experience winning new business. Knowledge of the Singapore Public Sector and an established network of relevant contacts. Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate complex sales opportunities. Experience in consultative selling and positioning technology solutions around customer needs. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
