Join a Leading Client as a TV/AV Sales Promoter!

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused TV/AV Sales Promoter to represent leading global consumer electronics brand within retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, demonstrate cutting-edge home entertainment technology, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location: Guilford Daily Rate : £12.71/hr Contract Length: 2nd Oct 2027 Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable home entertainment products.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing technologies such as OLED TVs, Mini LED displays, ATMOS Soundbars, and BRAVIA THEATRE U.
• Drive sales performance by converting customer interest into purchases.
• Maintain excellent in-store presentation standards and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and provide product knowledge support and training.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology developments, product features, and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular feedback on sales performance, customer trends, and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working within a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Previous retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of retail sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics is desirable.
• Passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
