- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
- Register all check-in customers
- Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
- Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at thebeginning and at the end of every work shift.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
- May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
