*Shift Time: *2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle raw materials and supplies needed for production, including loading and unloading material.
- Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in production techniques.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic English proficiency required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.
