Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Full independent management and supervision of residential and interior finishing projects on-site.

Overseeing all execution phases while maintaining strict quality control standards.

Managing subcontractors and workers, and coordinating day-to-day site operations to meet project deadlines.

Inspecting completed work and resolving any technical site issues promptly.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven experience in interior finishing and villa/apartment projects.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
