- Lead verification for complex, high-performance ASIC/FPGA designs
- Define and execute advanced verification strategies and methodologies
- Collaborate across architecture, software, and validation teams from concept to delivery
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Work with technologies like high-speed interfaces, network processors, and SoCs
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering – required
- 7+ years in verification– required
- Proven experience on full ASIC flow from design to tapeout – required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills – required
- Leadership or technical management experience – preferred
- Track record of guiding teams to excellence and delivery – preferred
- Bonus: Python/Bash scripting, SoC experience, formal verification, Palladium, or GLS
