Asst. Store Manager (Restaurant)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the outlet's operations run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
• Oversee service activities, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction are met
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and optimal service levels.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of food and beverage supplies.
• Handle ordering and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Address customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Enhance customer experience through direct interaction and feedback.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
• Analyze outlet performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, particularly in restaurant or food service operations.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and reports for effective decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High commitment to customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
