MARKETING OFFICER

Recruit, coordinate, and maintain relationships with outgrower farmers and partner growers. Assist farmers in the planning, establishment, and management of their plantations/farms in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, plantation operations, outgrower/smallholder programs, agricultural marketing, or farmer development.
