LABOR RELATIONS OFFICER

The Human Resources, Employee Relations and Learning & Development is responsible for supporting employee relations, workplace engagement, training, development, and HR programs. The position assists in maintaining positive employee-management relationships, ensuring proper handling of employee concerns, and implementing learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
