Responsibilities include (training will be provided where required):

• Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Coordinating appointments with specialists and other health providers

• Problem Solving
• Submitting insurance claims and managing retail transactions

• Data collecting and analyzing, aligning clinical goals together & enforce plans to achieve them.

*Spanish, Mandarin is an asset
