Senior Marketing Specialist

Gulf Armenia is looking for a  Marketing Specialist  to join our team and take responsibility for full-spectrum marketing activities, brand development, market presence, and supporting the company’s growth.

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage brand positioning, communication, and marketing initiatives.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Manage content strategy, social media presence, and promotional activities.

Create and optimize advertising campaigns across relevant platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitors.

Analyze marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with sales, creative teams, and external partners to ensure effective project execution.

3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Strong understanding of full-cycle marketing processes.

Practical experience in digital marketing, SMM, content management, and advertising platforms.

Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.

Knowledge of market research and customer behavior analysis.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Fluency in Armenian and English, Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
