Carpenter Supervisor

Job Summary Support supervisors by reading blueprints, assisting with structural design and installation, assessing woodwork quality, operating tools and equipment safely, and delivering excellent customer service in a physically demanding environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction and installation tasks accurately Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation to ensure project completion Assess the quality of woodwork and materials to maintain high standards Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally Stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, pulling, and lifting heavy objects to support site operations
