Must-Have: Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards  Solid experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets  Strong development skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)  Experience implementing Salesforce integration patterns and working with external APIs  Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud, particularly CPQ APIs  Strong understanding of asynchronous and high-volume processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and governor limits)  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in complex environments  Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams  Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)  Availability to work from the office once per week (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)  Would be great if you have: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or OmniStudio Developer  Experience in digital transformation and enterprise platform projects  Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments  Experience working in cross-functional teams and structured delivery environments  Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (valued) What’s in it for you: Continuous Training and Certifications  GRiT Prizes: GRiT Baby Gift, GRiT Birthday Prize, GRiT Recommendation Prize  Exclusive Partnerships/Discounts: (Gym, Health, Well-being, Lifestyle, Financial, etc…)  Unique Events  Welcoming Office (Fruit, Coffee, Pool Table, etc.)  Competitive Compensation  Pay for Performance
