Job Description

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain infrastructure based on GitOps principles. You'll be involved in automating CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing ArgoCD/FluxCD-based solutions, working closely with development and operations teams to ensure stable, predictable releases in high-load environments.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD in a GitOps approach
• Active development and maintenance of Helm charts and Kustomize configurations (not just platform administration)
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Linux and core CI/CD tooling
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python or Go
• Experience configuring monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Fluent in English

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and Vault
• Experience with logging systems (PLG/Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Awareness of CI/CD security practices (image scanning, secrets management)
