Real Estate Marketer

Responsibilities:

Market and promote available properties to prospective clients. Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Conduct property inspections and provide clients with relevant property information. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Stay informed about property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or any related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales/marketing. Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales. Target-driven, proactive, confident, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration:  NGN 150,000 – 300,000 (Depending on Experience)
