Job Description: About the role This is a dedicated position for the HR Shared Services team for client project and internal management proportionally.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates by using HR platform
- Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and innovative recruiting techniques
- Collect, calculate Payroll, BPJS, Benefit & Compensation, maintaining ISO standard and compliance
- Create, update, and store employee databases in a timely manner
- Analyze and provide solutions to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support strategic growth
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
About you
- Bachelor or Master's Degree from Human Resources, Psychology with minor in industrial, or Economy Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
- Fluent in English in both communication and writing
- Capacity to work and thrive in a growing, fast-paced entrepreneurial organization with a collaborative environment
- Deep knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition hands-on network and platforms
- Experience in HR SOPs development, employee engagement programs and practices, including applicable employment laws and regulations
- Experience in writing and presentation regarding HR issues and reporting
