MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

  • Draft PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration) accurately in CEISA 4.0 (HS Code, goods description, customs value, and party details).
  • Monitor customs responses (SPPB/NPE), follow up on inspection lanes, and handle corrections or amendments when required.
  • Prepare export and import documents, such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, and other supporting documents as required by buyers, suppliers, or L/C terms.
  • Process permits, import/export restrictions (lartas), and cross-agency documents through INSW and Sipinter.
  • Ensure data consistency across all documents (names, quantities, weights, values, HS Codes).
  • Coordinate with forwarders/customs brokers, shipping lines, Customs, and internal teams (Purchasing, Sales, PPIC, Warehouse, Finance).
  • Manage document administration: physical and digital filing, shipment tracking and recaps (ETD/ETA, document status), and data preparation for audits and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Management, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an export-import staff member.
  • Proficient in operating CEISA 4.0, INSW, and Sipinter.
  • Solid understanding of export-import documents, Incoterms, HS Code classification, and customs procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good written English for correspondence with buyers and suppliers.
  • Meticulous, organized, and disciplined in meeting deadlines (shipment cut-offs), able to work under time pressure.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with L/C and working alongside customs brokers (PPJK).
  • Experience in [manufacturing / relevant commodity] industry.
  • Customs-related certification (e.g., customs specialist/PPJK) or exim training.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
