RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. Supervising the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks. Will backup in serving food/ beverages and cashiering. Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications/Requirements: College Graduate With 1-2 years supervisory experience in the same industry With strong personality and can work under pressure Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills and customer service.
