Group Accountant

Responsibilities:

Prepare and consolidate financial statements Manage group budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Support audit processes and internal controls Collaborate with and provide leadership for business units on financial matters.

Requirements: Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or equivalent) Degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum 4 years in accounting, with experience in financial reporting and consolidation Experience in a hospitality group or multinational setting is a plus Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (Nigeria) Good communication and teamwork skills Between 35 and 45 years old Detail-oriented and analytical Able to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing Able to maintain the principle of confidentiality Able to meet deadlines Mentally and physically able to manage pressure
