Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a well-known international organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst. This is a highly visible opportunity to drive data quality, process improvement and business performance initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations, you'll take ownership of identifying, analysing and resolving data-related process challenges. You will map end-to-end processes, conduct gap analysis, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance reporting quality, business insight and decision-making. This role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys getting under the skin of complex data and process issues, partnering with stakeholders and delivering meaningful change across an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping and gap analysis exercises across multiple business functions
• Identify and resolve data quality, reporting and process inefficiencies
• Support global budgeting, forecasting and scenario-planning activities
• Develop financial models and analytical tools to support business decision-making
• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership teams
• Challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation

Essential Experience:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant
• Demonstrable experience improving data quality and data-related processes within a complex organisation
• Proven process mapping and gap analysis experience
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience working with large data sets and complex reporting environments
• Experience working within complex data environments
