Goodrich Suites Jakarta Steward Daily Worker (DW) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hotel environment

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Steward (Daily Worker) to join our culinary and kitchen operations team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas, equipment, and tableware to support smooth hotel dining and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Kitchen Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain spotless cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and food preparation zones according to hotel health and safety regulations.
• Dishwashing & Equipment Care: Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry all chinaware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
• Area Maintenance: Regularly sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, empty trash bins, and ensure waste disposal is managed properly and hygienically.
• Inventory & Stock Handling: Handle and store tableware, glassware, and kitchen equipment carefully to minimize breakage and loss; assist with periodic stock counts.
• Cross-Department Support: Support kitchen and F&B service teams during peak hours, banquets, or special hotel events as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter in a reputable hotel or luxury resort environment. Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMK/SMA) or equivalent. Knowledge: Familiar with hotel kitchen sanitation standards, chemical handling, and proper operation of dishwashing machinery.
