Senior Product Designer

About this role As Senior Product Designer, you'll craft and enhance user experiences across GoodHabitz's digital platforms. This role is about delivering intuitive, engaging, high-quality designs that align with both business objectives and real user needs, working closely with research, product and cross-functional teams to bring those designs to life. Role responsibilities Design experiences: Create seamless UX for web, mobile, and internal tools.

Ground work in research: Collaborate with user researchers to base design decisions on real user needs.

Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with product, engineering, and other teams to bring designs to life.

Maintain design standards: Keep design work consistent and aligned with our design system.

Contribute to design quality: Participate in design reviews and give and receive feedback.

Run experiments: Set up and evaluate small-scale UX experiments.

Champion good design: Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices.

This role is for you if you have Experience in UX design with an impactful portfolio

Expertise in service design, interaction design, and consistent user flows

Proficiency in modern UX design tools, prototyping, and wireframing

A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices

This role is not for you if You prefer working in isolation rather than incorporating research and cross-functional input

You'd rather stick to one solution than generate multiple options

You prefer working within your own discipline rather than bridging functions

You're not interested in experimenting, testing, and sharing learnings

You'd rather skip checks and standards
