Golden Harmony Home Health Pay: $20/hour Location: Metro Denver and Surrounding Areas

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide personal care and related services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nursing Supervisor

Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, ambulation, and meal preparation

Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthful environment for clients

Support rehabilitative processes as directed by therapy personnel

Encourage independence and promote mental alertness through meaningful activities

Provide companionship, emotional support, and establish trust with clients and families

Report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse

Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care

Complete visit reports promptly and accurately

Participate in team coordination, scheduling, and required in-service trainings

Qualifications

Active CNA certification with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)

Current CPR certification

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must meet federal and state training/competency requirements for nurse aides (42 CFR 484.80)

Must be free from health problems that could be injurious to clients, self, or co-workers and provide documentation as required

Ability to read, write, follow care plans, and communicate effectively in English

Must respect client rights, privacy, and confidentiality

Must pass a criminal background check and remain in good standing with DORA

Job Conditions

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (homes may not be wheelchair accessible)

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move client weight up to 250 lbs; lift/carry up to 30 lbs

Sufficient hearing, vision, and dexterity to provide care and observe client condition

Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

Equipment Operation

BP cuff, thermometer, stethoscope

Standard infection control supplies (handwashing materials, gloves, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

$20/hour starting pay
