Management Trainee (Chinese–Thai Speaking)

Job Overview We are looking for high-potential Management Trainees to join our growing international manufacturing team. This role is designed for future supervisors and department leaders. Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and Thai.

You will rotate across departments such as Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, or Finance, and work closely with Chinese and Thai management teams.

Key Responsibilities •Support daily operations and cross-department coordination •Assist in translating and communicating between Chinese and Thai teams •Participate in process improvement projects •Prepare reports and analysis for management •Learn and develop leadership capability

Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree or above (any related field) •Fluent in Chinese and Thai (spoken and written) – mandatory •Good English is a plus •Strong communication and coordination skills •Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn •Able to work under pressure
