HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ASSISTANT (GOV)

Sanitize high-touch surfaces, patient beds, restrooms, and corridors using hospital-grade chemicals. Safely collect, separate, and dispose of regular trash, recyclables, and hazardous biohazard/biomedical waste. Follow strict hospital safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain hygiene standards. Replenish soap, paper towels, hand sanitizers, and bed linens. Prepare and deep-clean rooms after a patient is discharged or transferred

Qualifications/Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is typically required. Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift heavy items for long periods. Familiarity with safety protocols, chemical handling, and healthcare sanitation standards. Good communication skills and a respectful, discreet demeanor around patients and medical staff
