Assistant Field Service Engineer ($3500/Class 3)

Assistant Field Service Engineer Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of company’s safety product. Participate in field and in-house service and repair of gas detection system, warranty repair, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects. Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection. Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely within the Service team. Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries. Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency. Requirement NTC 2 or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with 3 years’ experience in service/engineering position in similar industry. Process instrumentation experience is an added advantage.
