Safety Supervisor

• Legal & RBA Compliance Enforcement: Monitor, interpret, and strictly execute all operations to ensure full compliance with Thai Labor Law, Ministerial Regulations on Occupational Health and Safety, and the RBA Code of Conduct (specifically Health & Safety and Environmental pillars).
• On-site & Shopfloor Control: Oversee daily factory operations to ensure a hazard-free environment. Conduct regular safety patrols, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to proactively prevent accidents and unsafe conditions.
• ISO & RBA Systems Management: Maintain, implement, and update documentation for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001

(Occupational Health & Safety), and RBA standards. Ensure the factory is fully prepared for customer audits and third-party audits.

• ESG & Sustainability Support: Assist in collecting data and driving corporate sustainability initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Carbon Footprint for Organizations (ISO 14064-1).
• Safety Culture & Training: Conduct safety orientations, tool-box talks, and specialized HSE training for employees and contractors to foster a strong Safety Mindset aligned with corporate and RBA requirements.
• Incident Investigation: Lead comprehensive investigations for any accidents, injuries, or near-misses. Identify root causes and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver detailed safety performance reports and statistics in both Thai and English for management reviews, RBA self-assessments (SAQ), and external government authorities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Must hold a valid Professional Safety Officer license (จป.วิชาชีพ) as required by Thai law. Technical Expertise: Strong practical experience in establishing, maintaining, or auditing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA Code of Conduct implementation. Thorough knowledge of Thai OHS laws. Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken). Capable of writing safety reports, completing RBA documentation, and participating in international audits. Core Attributes: High level of Safety Awareness with a zero-tolerance attitude toward unsafe conditions. Strong leadership, assertiveness, decision-making, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage factory workers at all levels. Preferred Skills: Direct experience in handling RBA VAP Audits, preparing RBA SAQs, understanding ESG frameworks, or certified training in ISO 14064-1 (Greenhouse Gas quantification). Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001/45001 is a plus. Minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing or factory environment. Experience in Precision Industry, Electronics, or Automotive parts manufacturing under RBA standards is highly advantageous. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity on the production shop floor.
