Production Manager (High-Precision Metal Parts Manufacturing)

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all production operations related to high-precision metal parts manufacturing and processing. This role ensures products meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards required across industries such as automotive, semiconductor, aerospace, AI server cooling systems, and medical devices.

Qualifications: Male / Female Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. At least 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing. At least 3–5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a senior supervisory role. Strong knowledge of precision machining, CNC milling, turning, and grinding. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, with knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance manufacturing. Knowledge of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and specialty alloys. Knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or AS9100 will be an advantage. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Ability to use ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Strong team management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English.
