Scalp Therapist & Head Spa (养发师/头皮理疗师)

About the role We are a professional traditional Chinese scalp therapy and hair care centre located in Chinatown, Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality scalp therapy and head relaxation experiences. We are seeking experienced and service-oriented scalp therapy therapists to join our team. Key responsibilities Use professional scalp detection equipment to analyse client scalp conditions (such as oiliness, dandruff, sensitivity, hair loss) and provide targeted scalp deep cleansing, head spa, steaming and hair care treatments

Apply skilled head, neck and shoulder massage techniques to relieve client stress and promote relaxation

Answer client inquiries about scalp health, provide personalised daily care advice, and build strong client relationships

Maintain strict cleanliness and disinfection of therapy equipment, tools and work areas; assist in managing in-store care product inventory

About you 1 year or more experience in scalp treatment, hairdressing, beauty or wellness spa services preferred

Familiar with scalp care procedures and equipment operation, with good head relaxation massage techniques

Good service awareness and approachability; able to communicate with clients in basic English and Chinese

Neat and professional appearance, careful and responsible, with good teamwork spirit
