Job Description & Requirements

Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects

Monitor project expenses and track budget allocation

Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices

Prepare tender documents and assist in contract negotiations

Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
