Job Responsibility
- Perform general cleaning of office areas, meeting rooms, workstations and common spaces.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors.
- Wipe and disinfect desks, tables, chairs, door handles and other frequently touched surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washbasins, mirrors and pantry areas.
- Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.
- Replenish toilet paper, hand soap and other consumable supplies.
- Wash cups, utensils and pantry equipment when required.
- Clean glass doors, windows and partitions within reachable height.
- Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, corridors and lift lobby areas.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues or low cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to instructions.
- Perform other reasonable cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Prior office-cleaning experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
- Responsible, punctual and attentive to cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to carry out routine cleaning duties.
- Able to communicate with the supervisor and office occupants politely.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and colour-coded cleaning cloths is an advantage.
- Must follow workplace safety, hygiene and security requirements.
- Able to commit Permanent Part Time Work
- Monday - Friday 1.30 pm - 4.30 pm
