PCBA Equipment technician (SMT/DIP)

• Technical support and assist Engineer in term of machine set up and in-line trouble shooting at SMT / DIP machines.
• Function checker / machine / PCBA failure analysis
• Trial new model to confirm machine process
• Prepare and support JIG/Tool
• New machine installation including PM plan
• Machine replacement and improvement
• PCBA production design concept and productivity
• In line responsible of solder paste screen printing, Pick and place, SPI, AOI, Reflow soldering , Wave soldering , ICT, FCT , router.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related field Experience at PCB Assembly Production will be considered SMT, Auto, Insert for PCBA Able to read Circuit Diagram and understand basic of IPC-610 standard knowledgeable in line set up / PM for SMT and wave soldering machine. Have an experience with SMT panasonic NPM or wave machine JT SE-350-II will be advantage. Background in EMS company will be advantage.
