Responsibilities Supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations in residential, commercial, and common areas Coordinate staff scheduling and allocate work to meet operational needs across multiple sites Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and maintain cleaning quality standards Implement quality control measures to uphold cleanliness and safety requirements Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly Plan and organize cleaning workflows to optimize resource use and operational efficiency Required competencies and certifications Experience supervising cleaning operations or housekeeping teams Ability to plan work schedules and coordinate activities across multiple sites Skills in conducting site inspections and maintaining cleaning standards Strong communication and customer service skills
