Customer Service Officer (Part Time)

We are looking for candidates who can commit to working  every Friday, Saturday and Sunday : Friday:  11:00am – 9:00pm

Saturday:  10:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday:  10:00am – 6:00pm

Public Holidays:  No work required

Job Description Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations, and phone calls. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times. Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records, and prepare reports for submission and compilation. Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations. Carry out any other ad hoc administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Company. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or frontline service role; experience in the beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to digital systems and applications quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
