receptionist

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Receptionist for our fast paced Spa. Our ideal new team member will be the front of house, and along with admin duties, is able to help our clients have an amazing experience from the moment they walk in the door, to when they leave. Our new team member must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, can work as part of a team and independently, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.

Duties Include but not limited to:

-Booking appointments, connecting with clients via phone, email and Facebook, payment processing including cash handling, assisting with product purchases; admin duties such as filing, printing forms and managing client intake forms; back end work such as laundry, cleaning and sanitizing.

Candidates with customer service experience is a must.

Candidates with experience with spa booking software not required, but is an asset.

Candidates with experience in Esthetics not required, but is an asset.
