Job Opening : Steward (Daily Worker)

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing, sanitizing dishes/utensils, cleaning food prep areas, floors, and kitchen equipment; ensuring high hygiene.
• Table & Area Setup: Setting up dining tables with cutlery, condiments, and essentials; resetting tables after guests leave.
• Inventory & Stocking: Managing and restocking service stations with beverages, linens, and supplies; organizing storerooms.
• Guest Support: Greeting guests, seating them, serving water, answering basic questions, and relaying concerns to servers/managers.
• Operational Support: Assisting kitchen and service staff, setting up/breaking down event areas, disposing of waste, and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualification

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in the same position, preferebly from 4 or 5 star Hotel.
• Min. SMK/SMA graduated, preferably Male Candidate.
• Knows how to use diswasher machine.
• Familiar with Hotel chinawares & utensils, chemical usage kitchen & Restaurant's maintenance.
