The work spans multiple technology environments and end-client programmes, with requirements including: SAP / ERP & Finance Transformation – specialist SAP and finance technology profiles
Manufacturing & Engineering – engineering talent supporting large-scale manufacturing environments
PLM / Product Technology – specialist administration, architecture and development profiles
Enterprise Technology & Transformation – broader specialist technical requirements as new projects come online
Roles range from specialist individual contributors through to senior technical and architecture-level hires, with salaries broadly ranging from $100k–$250k depending on the requirement. Who we'd like to hear from We're particularly interested in recruiters with strong US technology or engineering recruitment experience , particularly those comfortable working on niche, technical searches. Relevant backgrounds could include SAP/ERP, PLM, engineering, manufacturing technology, cloud, data or wider enterprise transformation. Strong direct sourcing skills are essential – much of this work involves understanding a specialist brief, identifying adjacent talent pools and engaging passive candidates.
