Senior Design Engineer, Scotland

Location: Scotland Permanent

We are supporting an international oilfield technology business with the appointment of a Senior Design Engineer. The role will focus on the design and development of downhole and well-completion equipment, working across engineering, manufacturing, testing and customer requirements. Relevant experience includes: Mechanical design within oilfield equipment

Downhole tools, completions or pressure-control systems

SolidWorks or similar CAD software

API standards and regulated engineering environments

Design verification, testing and technical documentation

Collaboration with customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams

Experience with packers, valves, landing strings or related completion equipment would be highly relevant.
