What You'll Do

The Partnerships Director will identify, acquire, and grow key partnerships with the goal of driving momentum through warm introductions and qualified leads, opening new distribution channels, expanding existing partnership referrals, and building strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for creating deep relationships within new and existing PropTech partner organizations, activating partner sales teams, driving collaborative initiatives, and unlocking new pipeline and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Develop New Partnerships

Connect with property management software companies and other proptech vendors to explore partnership potential

Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate integration opportunities, partnership requirements, customer value, and business impact

Design and negotiate partnerships that build awareness and demand with target audiences

Set goals and metrics for new partnership programs and socialize them with internal and external stakeholders

Grow Existing Partnership

Own relationships with current partners, driving deeper integrations, programs, and collaboration

Partner with Product to translate deeper partner relationships into differentiated customer experiences that drive value, adoption, and growth

Build quarterly partner business plans with defined pipeline goals

Conduct regular business reviews focused on mutual value and shared pipeline

Identify shared target accounts and execute coordinated co-selling efforts

Build internal champions within partner sales organizations

Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline

Grow both partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline

Facilitate introductions between partner reps and Foxen's sales and marketing teams

Coordinate joint account strategies with internal sales and marketing leadership

Track and report pipeline by partner in partnership with Revenue Operations

Enable Partner Sales Teams

Train partner sales and account teams on Foxen's value proposition

Develop partner-facing messaging and enablement materials

Design repeatable referral and co-selling pathways

Execute Co-Marketing and Field Activation

Collaborate with Marketing on joint webinars, campaigns, and case studies

Identify industry events for joint presence

Drive measurable pipeline outcomes from joint initiatives

Ensure partner GTM efforts align with Foxen's ICP

Align Internally

Serve as the internal expert on assigned partners and their GTM motions

Keep Sales informed on partner priorities and strategic initiatives

Partner with Sales Enablement to embed partner messaging into rep training and onboarding

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management

3+ years of experience within the PropTech industry

Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline or revenue through partnerships

Experience navigating the multifamily PropTech space

Strong presence and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans

Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales and Marketing

Highly organized and outcome-oriented
