General Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic direction and annual business plan for the assigned portfolio. Own business growth and revenue generation, including customer acquisition, market expansion, and partnership development. Build a strong business development pipeline and lead high-value proposals, pitches, and negotiations. Manage senior relationships across government, private sector, development organisations, and clients, and represent FCIS at high-level forums. Provide oversight of business operations — setting KPIs and service standards, and driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Own the portfolio's financial performance: budgets, revenue targets, forecasts, profitability, and cash flow. Work with Product and Technology teams to keep solutions aligned with market and customer needs. Lead, coach, and develop team members and functional leads, building a high-performing, accountable team. Prepare management reports and provide Executive Management with insights, recommendations, and action plans. Manage financial, operational, commercial, reputational, and compliance risks. Lead major strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and change management.

Requirements:

Minimum of a BSC qualification  Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in a similar role
